It's a mug from Disorientation Week at Night Vale Community College! Recovered from a kiosk outside the Computer and Fire Sciences Annex.

Mug Info: The regular old coffee mug-sized (4" tall, 3 1/2" wide), sublimation-printed coffee mugs. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WASHING IN DISHWASHERS, but if you must, top-level only. Washing in a dishwasher WILL cause premature fading. For longest life, please hand-wash only. Holds 11 ounces of liquid or 1 ounce of excuses.
